At KexoBabyMilk, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps for returning items and requesting refunds. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unopened Products: Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Original Packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any labels, tags, or instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Baby milk products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable products, such as baby milk that may be subject to temperature sensitivity.
  • Gift cards or any other non-returnable items specified at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kexobabymilk.com or call (817) 202-0696 to initiate your return. Please provide the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is returned safely.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your return. This may take up to 7 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Discounted Items: If you purchased items at a discount or with a promotional code, the refund will be based on the original purchase price, excluding any discounts or promotions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@kexobabymilk.com or (817) 202-0696. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return label and a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kexobabymilk.com.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The return period has passed (30 days).
  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged after receipt.
  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller.
